Village Volunteers Meeting

Every month Nizharkudai along with ARUDECS organized a review meeting for the village volunteers and tutors to discuss their performance and plan their upcoming efforts. With the ARUDECS director, staff, Ms. Architha Srinivasan, Founder of Nizharkudai Foundation, proceeded over the entire process online. The meeting involved topics such as the education of children, community development initiatives, and the creation of an action plan.
