Distribution of School Uniform & Writing board

Another element to guarantee children’s full attendance at school is their uniform. Children in Bodinayakkanur and Periyakulam Taluks attend government and government funded schools. Though the uniform is provided by the government, it gets torn after a few months, leading to irregular attendance or dropout rates among students. Nizharkudai took a decision to provide an additional set of school uniforms to the children. We employed tailors to take measurements for each kid, stitched and distributed the uniforms. In addition, the tuition centers required white board.
