"Vaanga Padikkalaam"

How It All Started

I have always been a privileged person. I have everything I need, want, and more. For my entire life, I’ve lived in a shell, leaving me oblivious to witness every person in the world that is struggling to merely survive. Never did I know the real meaning of the words hunger, thirst, or poverty. It was not just me who didn’t know, it was and is the majority of a generation. A good portion of them had been brought up in an ecosystem where wants are necessities. Where dreams and success aren’t valued. However, in the same generation, the smaller percentage values everything beyond anything you could imagine. It bewilders me when I say that those people are the ones that struggle to survive.

When our power of choice is untrammelled when nothing prevents our being able to do what we like best, every pleasure is to be welcomed every pain get avoided. But in certain circumstances owing.
Righteous indignation & dislike men who are so beguiled demoralized by the charms pleasure the moment so blinded by desires that they cannot foresee to bound.

"VAANGA PADKIKALAAM"

It is extremely important that promoting child rights is the major objective of our organization in which children can freely develop their capabilities to the fullest extent possible and imbibe sound values and respect. So, it is essential that all children must be assured of their rights to survival, protection, development and participation in all the events both in the families and in society. Considering all these facts, we concluded that all children must get the best possible start in life and have access to quality education and all children must have ample opportunity to develop their individual capabilities in a safe and supportive environment.

So, we aim at the following:
Based on the above-mentioned principles, we have been working for the enablement of the tribal children to get all their fundamental rights and to have their education in a comprehensive way without any hindrance.

The project helped to reduce school dropout by fulfilling basic needs of children, transportation facility to go to school, good exposure to children and parents thereby motivating parents to send their children to school. One of the highlights was one of the dropout children from the past was re-enrolled in school, underwent extra coaching in our “Illam Thedi Kalvi” center and completed her 10th state board examination successfully.
